Choose the account you want to sign in with.

You can add your credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal account, or mobile phone as a new payment method for your Microsoft account. The payment method will then show up as an option during the checkout step for your next Microsoft Store online purchase.

Notes: 

  • Not all payment methods are supported in all regions.

  • Note:  When you buy business products or services from Microsoft, you can use an existing payment method, or add a new one. You can use a credit or debit card, or bank account to pay for the things you buy. Manage payment methods | Microsoft Learn

Add a new payment method

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft account - Go to Microsoft account and select Sign in.

If you use any Microsoft services (Word, Outlook, etc.), you have a Microsoft account. You manage your Microsoft account from the Microsoft account dashboard.

  • Go to the Payment & Billing - Payment options page of your account dashboard.

  • Note that if you are using a Mobile device, the additional bar with Account element options will open when clicking on “…”.

2. Select Add a new payment method.

​​​​​​​Note: Even though country/region is listed on this page, you cannot change it here. To change your account's country or region, select Your info then Edit country/region.

Note: The information must match the information required by your financial institution for authorization.

  • Having the exact information is critical to the authorization process.

3. Select the type of payment method you want to add, add your info, and select Save.
